A Music Education graduate from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ), Lorena LiMato has a passion for executing expressive music at a high level. This informs her music teaching to her students, as well as her composition.
What Lorena appreciates about chamber music is that it challenges players to engage deeply with the music, and with each other. Musicians need to have an intimate knowledge of what they're playing and what they want to convey, and she believes it's a gift to be a part of that.
